Bridal Makeup

How far in advance should I book my bridal makeup artist?

We recommend booking 3–6 months before your wedding, especially during peak season (October–February). For destination weddings, 6–12 months in advance is ideal.

What is the difference between HD and airbrush bridal makeup?

HD makeup uses finely milled products for close-up photography with buildable coverage. Airbrush uses a spray-based foundation for lightweight, long-lasting coverage — ideal for humid climates and destination weddings.

Do you offer a bridal makeup trial session?

Yes. We strongly recommend a trial before your wedding so we can test products, match your outfit colour, and finalise every detail with zero surprises on the big day.

How long does a bridal makeup session take?

A complete bridal session takes 2–3 hours including skin prep, makeup, hairstyling, and draping. Allow at least 3 hours before your ceremony time.

Will my bridal makeup last all day?

Yes. Our HD and airbrush techniques with long-wear foundations are designed to last 12+ hours through rituals, photos, dinner, and dancing — even in Indian heat and humidity.

Do you offer package pricing for multiple wedding functions?

Yes. Most brides book the full sequence (roka, engagement, mehndi, sangeet, haldi, wedding, reception) and receive package pricing that is lower than booking each function individually.

What is your booking advance policy?

A booking advance is required to reserve your date. Exact amount and terms are shared with your custom quote.

Do you offer makeup for bridesmaids and family?

Yes. We offer makeup for the bride, mother of the bride, sisters, and bridesmaids. Our team travels together so everyone is ready on time. Group packages are available.

Destination Weddings

Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes. We travel across India (Udaipur, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Goa, Kerala, Jim Corbett, Rishikesh, Agra, Mussoorie) and internationally (Dubai, Bali, Thailand, Maldives, Turkey).

Who covers travel and accommodation?

Travel, accommodation, and per-diem for destination weddings are covered by the client and quoted separately. We handle our own travel logistics so you can focus on your celebrations.

How do you handle climate-specific makeup needs?

We adapt techniques for the destination — airbrush and waterproof formulas for humid beach weddings (Goa, Bali, Maldives), heavier setting for desert heat (Dubai, Jaisalmer), and hydration-focused prep for high-altitude venues (Mussoorie, Rishikesh).

Can NRI brides book from abroad?

Yes. NRI brides regularly book Shivangi for India weddings. We handle consultation over WhatsApp, virtual trials via video call, and in-person trials once you arrive in India before your wedding.

What brands do you use for bridal makeup?

We use premium international brands only: MAC, NARS, Dior, Huda Beauty, Fenty Beauty, Laura Mercier, Haus Labs, and Charlotte Tilbury — selected for your skin type, tone, and desired look.

Can you work on oily, dry, acne-prone, or sensitive skin?

Yes. Shivangi has 13+ years of experience across every Indian skin type — oily, dry, combination, acne-prone, mature, and sensitive. Products and prep are selected per bride.

Do you do hair and saree draping too?

Yes. Hairstyling and saree / dupatta drape setting are available as add-ons. Most bridal clients book makeup, hair, and draping together.

Makeup Academy (12-Day Course)

What are the fees for the 12-Day Bridal Makeup Course?

The 12-Day Basic to Advanced Bridal Makeup Course is priced at ₹1,00,000 + 18% GST. It includes all products during training, portfolio photoshoot, certification, and a surprise hamper.

Do I need prior experience to join the course?

No. The course is designed for complete beginners and takes you from basic to advanced bridal techniques. Students with prior experience are also welcome.

Is accommodation provided for outstation students?

We help outstation students find budget-friendly accommodation near our Sector 16 Huda Market academy in Faridabad.

Will I get a certificate at the end of the course?

Yes. Every student receives an official certificate signed by Shivangi Verma, plus a professional portfolio photoshoot usable on Instagram and wedding platforms.

Where is your studio located?

Booth No 70-71, First Floor, Sector 16 Huda Market, Faridabad, Haryana 121002. Open Monday to Sunday, 10 AM to 10 PM.

Can you come to my home or venue for bridal makeup?

Yes. We offer both studio and at-venue bridal services across Faridabad, Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon. Travel beyond Delhi NCR is quoted separately.

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes. Pre-booking consultations and preliminary look discussions are available over WhatsApp video or voice call, especially helpful for NRI brides.

Where did Shivangi Verma train?

Shivangi trained internationally at Makeup Studio, Netherlands and holds professional diploma and certification in makeup artistry. She originally hails from Faridabad and has been running her own professional practice since 2012 — 13+ years of hands-on bridal work across India and internationally.

Do you offer makeup for photo / editorial shoots?

Yes. We regularly work with photographers and models for editorial shoots, Instagram shoots, and portfolio projects. Rates differ from bridal — WhatsApp for details.

Can I book a self-makeup class?

Yes. Self-makeup classes are available for brides and individuals who want to learn how to do their own everyday and occasion makeup. Flexible scheduling.
