Most people who write to us already know they want to learn makeup professionally. What they don’t know is what the actual enrolment looks like — how to apply, what we’ll ask, when money changes hands, and what protection they have if life pulls them in another direction. We wrote this guide to remove that uncertainty completely. If you are considering our 20-Day Professional Makeup Course for the June 1, 2026 batch in Faridabad, this article walks you through the entire admission journey end-to-end, in the order it happens, with nothing hidden between the lines.
The course runs for 20 days, 12 PM to 5 PM, at our Sector 16 Huda Market studio in Faridabad. Each batch is capped at ten students so that every learner gets real time on real skin under direct supervision. The June 2026 batch is being offered at an early-bird rate of Rs. 80,000 + GST, against the regular fee of Rs. 1,50,000 + GST — a Rs. 70,000 saving that is intentionally time-limited to reward early committers. Pricing aside, the structure of admission has been the same for years: inquiry, trainer call, deposit, then balance. We deliberately do not sell on impulse. We want students who have spoken to us, understood the format, and arrived with eyes open.
If you would rather skim the course landing page first, here is a direct link to our Basics to Advanced course — it covers learning outcomes, included items, and trainer credentials in one place. Otherwise, keep reading. By the end of this article you will know exactly what we ask for, what we promise in writing, what your seat costs to lock in, and what happens in the rare event that you need to cancel or shift batches.
The two-step process: inquiry → enrolment
Admission to the 20-Day Professional Makeup Course is a two-step process by design. We split it that way because picking a course is not the same as picking a phone — it is a Rs. 80,000 commitment of money plus a 20-day commitment of your daylight hours, and we have learned that students who skip the qualifying conversation are the ones most likely to drop out in week one. So we slow the process down on purpose.
Step one is the inquiry. You either fill in our online form or send us a WhatsApp message at +91 9354888093. We respond within working hours with a short reply confirming we have received your details, the next available batch date, the early-bird window if it still applies to you, and a request for a 15- to 20-minute call with the trainer. Nothing about money is discussed in this first reply. The point of the inquiry stage is to make sure we have understood you correctly — your background, what you want from the course, whether you can commit to the daily 12 PM to 5 PM schedule for 20 consecutive working days.
Step two is the enrolment itself. After the trainer call, if both sides feel it is the right fit, we send you an enrolment summary by WhatsApp or email. That summary lists the batch start date, the venue, the included items, the early-bird rate against the regular rate, the deposit needed to confirm your seat, the balance amount, the deadline for the balance, and the refund and transfer terms in writing. You then pay the seat-confirmation deposit, we issue you a written acknowledgement, and the seat is officially blocked in your name. The balance is paid before the batch begins. That is the complete journey — no surprise charges, no last-minute add-ons, no high-pressure sales.
What information we ask for in the inquiry form
The inquiry stage is short on purpose. We ask for five things and only five things, because we have found that any longer form quietly puts off serious students who are messaging us in a tea break or between client appointments. Course inquiry form on our site captures the following:
Your full name and contact number. The contact number is the same one we will use for the trainer call, so do please give us a number you actually answer rather than a landline you share with three other family members. WhatsApp is fine; it is in fact our preferred channel because we can send you the venue location pin, the enrolment summary, and the included-items list without losing the thread.
Your city or area. Most of our students come from Faridabad, South Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, and surrounding NCR pockets, but we also get out-of-town learners who plan to relocate for the 20-day window. Knowing where you are helps us advise you honestly on the daily commute and whether the 12 PM to 5 PM schedule will work for you in practice.
Your background — student, working professional, homemaker, career changer, or already practising makeup artist. We have taught all five categories successfully and our curriculum is designed for complete beginners through to advanced learners. We ask only because the trainer call is more useful when we know roughly where you are starting from. There is no minimum qualification.
Your goal in taking the course. Do you want to take bridal bookings independently? Build a salon team? Start a part-time freelance practice while keeping a day job? Strengthen an existing artistry business with HD, airbrush, glass-skin and bridal techniques? There is no wrong answer — we simply want to know so we can flag, before money changes hands, whether the course actually serves your goal.
The batch you are interested in. The June 1, 2026 batch is the next intake under the early-bird rate. If that timing does not work, tell us, and we will note your interest for the following batch without losing your place in the queue.
We do not ask for any payment, identity document, or credit card information at the inquiry stage. If anyone claiming to be from us ever asks for that, please flag it to Shivangi directly on +91 9354888093.
How the trainer call confirms fit before payment
The trainer call is the single most important step in our admission process, and it is also the step most other academies skip. We do not. Shivangi Verma personally takes every admission call — not an admissions counsellor, not a sales team, not an assistant. That is the same principle we apply to the bridal practice, where she personally leads every appointment, and it is the same principle we apply to teaching: if she will be the one teaching you for 20 days, she should be the one who decides with you whether the course is the right next step.
The call usually runs 15 to 25 minutes, on WhatsApp video or audio, at a time that suits you. We talk through three things. First, your goal — what you want professional makeup to do for your life and income within the next 12 to 18 months. Second, the course content at a high level — HD makeup, airbrush, glass-skin techniques, bridal craft, client handling and the business side of running a makeup practice — so that you understand what 20 days of full-time hands-on work will actually look like. Third, the practical reality — daily attendance, the included items you take home, the certification and final assessment shoot at the end, and lifetime alumni support afterwards.
We also use this call to address the fears we know come up. The biggest one we hear is the most honest: I am worried I will spend a significant amount and learn nothing I can actually use. That fear is fair, and the only honest answer to it is the structure of the course itself — every day involves hands-on practice on real skin, the trainer is the same person teaching every session, premium training products are provided so you are not learning on a substandard kit, and the course closes with a final assessment shoot with a professional model so you walk out with portfolio images, not just a certificate. We discuss this on the call and you can ask anything you want.
We will also tell you on this call if we think the course is not the right fit for you right now. That happens occasionally — sometimes a learner needs a shorter introduction first, sometimes the schedule genuinely does not work, sometimes the goal is something the course is not designed to deliver. We would rather have that conversation before you pay than after. After the call, you will have a clear sense of whether to proceed. There is no pressure to decide on the call itself; most students take 24 to 72 hours to think it through and message us back.
Seat-confirmation deposit and balance schedule
Once you have decided to proceed, the seat-confirmation deposit is what locks your place in the batch. Because each batch is capped at ten students, we genuinely cannot hold seats indefinitely on a verbal promise — past experience has taught us that. So the rule is simple: the seat is yours when the deposit is paid, and not before.
The deposit is a portion of the total course fee, paid by bank transfer or UPI to the studio account. The exact figure is shared in your enrolment summary along with the bank details. The balance is then due before the first day of the batch — typically by the seventh day before the start date, so that you and we both have administrative breathing room before training begins. Some students prefer to pay the entire fee upfront in one go to take advantage of the early-bird window, and that is also fine; the included items, certificate, brush kit and assessment shoot are exactly the same either way.
When you pay the deposit, you will receive a written acknowledgement on email or WhatsApp confirming the amount received, the batch you are blocked into, the venue, the start date, the included items, and the balance schedule. We always ask students to keep this acknowledgement until the course is complete; it is your record of the agreement and it makes any later conversation about transfer or rescheduling very simple.
For the early-bird window in particular, the deposit is what fixes the Rs. 80,000 + GST rate against the regular Rs. 1,50,000 + GST. Once your deposit is recorded inside the early-bird window, the rate is locked even if you complete the balance later. We mention this only because we have had students hesitate, miss the early-bird date, and then pay full price for the next batch — there is no need to lose the saving for the sake of a few days of indecision. If you are leaning yes, the deposit step is the one that protects the discount.
Refund and transfer policy in writing
This is the section students read most carefully, and rightly so. We have written it in plain language and we will share it again in your enrolment summary so that there is no ambiguity about what happens in the unusual situation that you cannot attend.
Cancellation before the batch begins. If you need to cancel before the first day of the batch, please tell us in writing on WhatsApp or email at the earliest. Refund eligibility depends on the timing — the closer the cancellation is to the batch start date, the smaller the refundable portion, because at that point we have already declined other applicants for that seat. The exact refund slabs are listed in the enrolment summary you receive on deposit. We will not invent a number after the fact — whatever is written when you enrol is what applies.
Transfer to a later batch. If a genuine reason — illness, a family event, an unavoidable work clash — prevents you from attending the batch you have paid for, you can request a one-time transfer to a later batch instead of cancelling. We grant this whenever the request is made in good faith and with reasonable notice, and your deposit and any payments made are carried forward in full. The early-bird rate is also honoured on transfer if your original deposit was within that window. We would much rather have you in a future batch than lose you to a one-off scheduling problem.
Cancellation after the batch begins. Once the batch has started, the course fee is not refundable, because the seat, the products, the trainer hours, and the assessment slot have all been committed to you specifically. This is standard for any small-batch professional course. If something serious happens during the course that prevents you from completing it, please speak to Shivangi directly — she has, in the past, accommodated genuine cases by allowing a partial completion across two batches. That is a discretionary courtesy, not a guaranteed right, and it is decided case by case in writing.
What we promise in return. If we cancel or postpone a batch from our side for any reason, you receive a full refund or the option to roll into the next batch with no change in fee, whichever you prefer. That has happened only rarely in our years of running the academy, but the principle stands.
If you have any questions about the policy that the enrolment summary does not answer, message us on WhatsApp at +91 9354888093 and Shivangi will reply personally. The policy is the same for every student; there is no special version for some learners and not others.

FAQ
Will the 20-day course really prepare me for a career as a makeup artist?
Yes — the format is intentionally intensive. Twenty consecutive working days of full-time hands-on training, with daily 12 PM to 5 PM sessions on real skin, give you significantly more practice hours than a part-time course spread thinly over months. You also leave with a brush kit you keep, a certification, portfolio images from a final assessment shoot with a professional model, and lifetime alumni support. What turns those hours into a career is what you do afterwards — and the course covers client handling and the business side too, not just technique.
I am worried I will spend Rs. 80,000 and not learn anything practical. How do you protect against that?
That is the most honest fear we hear, and we take it seriously. The protection is built into the structure: every session is hands-on with real models, Shivangi personally teaches every batch (she is not a brand-name founder who hands the room to juniors), training products like MAC, NARS, Huda Beauty, Charlotte Tilbury and similar premium brands are provided so you practise on the same standard you will use professionally, and the final assessment shoot gives you actual portfolio outputs. If after the trainer call you still feel the format does not match your goal, we will tell you so before you pay.
How do I know the academy is reputable?
Shivangi Verma has been working in the industry since 2012 — that is 14+ years, with 1,000+ brides served, certification from Makeup Studio Netherlands, and a 5-star rating across 62 Google reviews. She is not a teacher who once worked as a makeup artist; she is an active, currently-booking bridal MUA who teaches between weddings. The same hands and the same standards that go to bridal appointments are what teach the course.
I am a complete beginner — am I too inexperienced to enrol?
No. The course is designed for complete beginners through to advanced learners, and our students come from genuinely diverse backgrounds — students, homemakers, career changers, salon staff, and existing freelancers wanting to upgrade. The trainer call before enrolment is precisely how we make sure the starting level is met for each person. If you can commit to the schedule and you genuinely want to learn, the course is built for you.
What happens after I pay the deposit — do I get something in writing?
Yes. After the seat-confirmation deposit is received, you get a written acknowledgement by WhatsApp or email that lists the amount paid, the batch you are blocked into, the venue at Sector 16 Huda Market Faridabad, the start date, the included items, the balance amount, the deadline for the balance, and the refund and transfer terms. Keep that acknowledgement until the course ends. It is the document we will refer to if any question arises.
Can I transfer to a later batch if something comes up?
Yes. A one-time transfer to a later batch is permitted on genuine grounds with reasonable notice, and your deposit and any payments are carried forward in full. The early-bird rate is honoured on transfer if your original deposit was within the early-bird window. We would much rather move you to the next batch than lose you to a scheduling clash.
If you are ready to take the next step, the simplest route is to message Shivangi directly on WhatsApp at +91 9354888093, or to fill the inquiry form on our site. The June 1, 2026 batch in Faridabad is the next intake under the early-bird rate, and seats fill quickly because the batch is limited to ten students. Whichever way you want to begin, our professional makeup course in Faridabad page has the full details on outcomes, included items and trainer credentials in one place.
